I applied to work for US-Enhanced, the company not one of the positions they post, and was set up with an interview time and date. I had an interview scheduled with Sarah and a minute past the time I received a message asking to change it to the following day. The following day arrives and I'm in the video conference room waiting for Sarah and no one shows up. I reach out to the number that requested the change the day before, sent an email to Sarah who set up the interview and sent an email to the company address as well. Not a single response. I understand people get busy and things come up, which is why rescheduling the first time wasn't a big deal. But to do it two days in a row, and to not respond on the second day is not okay. For a staffing service company to treat someone like this is a pretty big red flag.

If I could give 10 stars I would and I usually refuse to give five unless service is over the top. I have been in customer service for many years so I think I am extra critical. US Enhanced has restored some of my lost faith in the the world of customer service. Stephanie R. is a breath of fresh air. She made me feel so important by keeping me up to date every step of the way. Stephanie was like my own personal cheerleader. On top of that when she was out of the office I would get a follow up from her co-workers; Ben and Michaela. Thank you all so much! Especially Stephanie. I am forever grateful and indebted to you for your help in securing the job I plan to retire from. Blessings on blessings!

Didn't have the best experience. Had a interview scheduled with Eddie , but someone else interviewed me. At the end of the interview, dude TOSSED his business card across the table. I had made up in my mind right then and there I didn't want to work for them after that rubbed me the wrong way but after a week or so, I was still unemployed so decided to follow up via email and was told they haven't heard from the client. After a week Don't you think you would follow up?! I read the reviews and still gave this place a chance. As others have warned , do not waste your time here ! Go to staffing agencies that have a sense of urgency, like Randstad! Go see Mike !

The people at US Enhanced have been great to work with. They really have taken the time to get to know me and try to understand my career needs. They recruiters have done a great job communicating and giving me the feedback when needed. The orientation class has lots of great information and Ms. Jamie keeps it very entertaining.

Got an email from Donna Friday morning about a position I applied for. She said they wanted to set up a time to discuss the position, etc. I emailed her, didn't hear back. So I called early this morning and the receptionist said, " Oh, she's in a meeting I'll take your information and pass it on to her." By this afternoon I still hadn't heard anything so I emailed Donna again - got the out of office reply. Was very excited to be considered for the position, plus having not worked in over two years I was eager to talk with someone. Very disappointed I guess these people have never been without a job or paycheck in their lives....

Javar here and let me tell you that this agency is by far the friendliest and most welcoming agency I've ever experienced. The entire staff is extremely great and Ms. Donna Mullins is the sweetest and one of the coolest individuals I've ever met. Thanks US-Enhanced!!!
